Hello!
I’m a Toronto-based UX and Product Designer who cares deeply about human-centred design and creating experiences that genuinely improve people’s lives. I design at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and real-world delivery constraints - translating complexity into clear, thoughtful, and usable solutions. My background spans UX, product, and service design across public and private sector projects, including healthcare, government platforms, financial services, and digital tools. I’ve worked on everything from early discovery and journey mapping to high-fidelity product design and cross-functional delivery - often within complex, regulated environments. I’m especially drawn to work that supports health and wellbeing - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social. I come from a family of physicians - my mother has worked as a psychiatrist in the Canadian public healthcare system for over 30 years - which gave me an early, personal understanding of both the provider and patient side of care. It shaped how I think about systems, empathy, and responsibility in design, and it’s a big part of why I care so much about designing tools that support people when they need it most. How I Work
My approach blends product thinking with service design and systems awareness. I don’t just design screens - I design journeys, decisions, and interactions across the full experience.
I focus on:
Turning messy, ambiguous problem spaces into structured design direction
Mapping end-to-end journeys and workflows
Designing for real operational and technical constraints
Using research and feedback to guide design decisions and iterations
Creating artifacts that align stakeholders and accelerate delivery
Making complex processes feel clear, calm, and trustworthy for users
I’m known for being insightful, thoughtful, structured, and highly collaborative - and for bringing both analytical rigor and creative intuition into my design work.
Outside of WorkOutside of work, I’m deeply interested in health, longevity, and personal growth. I also create affirmation-based illustration work, stay active at regular workout classes and lifting sessions, and spend time learning about psychology, behavior change, and wellbeing - all of which influence how I think about user experience and motivation.
